Mining Product Belt Conveyor System Spare Parts Carbon Steel Conveyor Roller

Carbon steel rollers are a conventional, heavy duty, reliable roller option with steel bearing housings and a steel shell. These are welded together, which ensures there is no risk of housings separating over time from factors including heavy loading, moisture ingress and thermal expansion.
 

GCS steel rollers are supplied with greased-for-life precision deep groove ball bearing (2RS&ZZ with C3 clearance) and includes double labyrinth seals, plus protective cap on the outside. Steel rollers are suitable for heavy duty applications, in materials handling applications ranging from the smallest quarries up to major mining operations (iron ore, hard rock, black coal, etc,). Ideal for heavy duty applications, steel rollers are heavier than the alternatives, but are robust enough to handle the roughest treatment during storage, transport, installation and operation. Steel rollers are suitable for underground applications. The standard surface treatment for rollers is powdercoated and can be coloured to your choice, also with rubber lagging, FRAS rubber lagging, ceramic lagging and polyurethane lagging as other option.

We specialise in turnkey solution design, manufacturing and sales service of conveyor systems for various industries that require transport/transmission/conveying systems.

Our product range is divided into light duty series and heavy duty series.

 

Light duty series, mainly used in scenarios such as warehouse logistics and production lines. We provide complete conveyor equipment system such as roller conveyor line, belt conveyor line and its accessories roller parts.

 

Heavy duty series, mainly used in mining, port, metallurgy and other industries using belt conveyors. We provide rollers, frame, brackets, idler sets, pulley drum, buffer beds and belt cleaner.

Yes, our products are generally guaranteed for one year. For heavy duty mining product, we provide 3 year warranty or 30000 working hours gurantee. We have strong technical force, product development ability and professional after-sales service team.
